Matthew Wade

Matthew Wade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and patient care coordination. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Patient Care Coordination at Talkiatry since August 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Team Lead for New Business Implementation and Customer Experience at Convoy Inc. from April 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Matthew worked at Uber in various roles from August 2015 to May 2020, including Operations Manager and Greenlight Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer support operations and supervising teams across multiple locations. Matthew also has engineering experience from Ashland Inc. and has completed internships at Merck and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where contributions included process analysis and project management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
