Phillip Azouz

Dr. Phillip Azouz is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist currently practicing at Talkiatry since October 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Mental Health Specialist at McLean Psychiatric Hospital from October 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included counseling patients with various psychiatric disorders and supervising inpatient care. Dr. Azouz also held the role of Clinical Research Intern at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, conducting research on stress management practices. Prior to these roles, Dr. Azouz was part of the founding team at Punchey, focusing on product marketing and business development. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School, a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Cum Laude) from The Wharton School, and a Diploma in Premedical Studies from Harvard University.
