Kaitlin Slaven

Kaitlin Slaven, MD, is an experienced eating disorder psychiatrist currently employed at the Eating Recovery Center since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kaitlin Slaven served as the Associate Program Director for the Psychiatry Residency Program at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences from August 2020 to January 2023 and completed a residency at The George Washington University Hospital, where Kaitlin also held the position of Current Inpatient Chief Resident from July 2015 to July 2020. Kaitlin Slaven earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine in 2015, followed by a residency in Psychiatry at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, completing the program in 2019.
