Vanessa Budan Cao

Vanessa Budan Cao has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vanessa Budan currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Talkiatry, a technology-driven psychiatric care service. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Operations at HealthQuarters, where they played a key role in expanding the company and launching new locations. Vanessa Budan also served as the General Manager for the New York branch of HealthQuarters.

Before joining HealthQuarters, Vanessa worked at NYU Langone Hospital in various roles, including Director and Assistant Director of Operations & Analytics. Vanessa Budan led a team of business analysts, project managers, and data scientists and represented the hospital on cross-functional projects.

Vanessa Budan also held positions at NYU Langone Medical Center, Deloitte, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Henry Ford Health System, and Mount Sinai Medical Center. These roles ranged from strategy and business development management to internships in operations and patient experience.

Vanessa Budan Cao obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Cornell University in 2009, followed by a Master of Health Administration from the same institution in 2011.
