Talking Talent inspires inclusive cultures where people and business thrive. For over 15 years, we’ve been helping organisations create the kind of work environments you’d want for the people you care about: inclusive, fair, and with opportunities for all. We do this through transformational coaching and development programmes that fuel lasting culture change. Our expert coaches empower under-represented talent and their leaders, creating the kind of self-awareness that improves the way people work together. Not only is it morally and legally the right thing to do, it makes commercial sense too. There are proven financial benefits of having an inclusive workforce and we help organisations realise them. By a conservative estimate, we collectively save our clients £150M in retention each year. That’s not a bad return for doing the right thing. Visit us at www.talking-talent.com
