Cynthia Yang

Cynthia Yang currently serves as the Senior Director of Ecological Operations at 声网Agora, where responsibilities include the development of a comprehensive ecological system, accelerating incubation, channel cooperation, joint product development, and industry thought leadership since February 2022. Additionally, Cynthia has been a Senior Startup Advocate at Agora since May 2021, focusing on RTE-related entrepreneurial ecosystem operations and advocacy. Cynthia's experience includes roles as CEO Assistant and Executive Headmaster of TDU at TalkingData since August 2016, a Consultant at Accenture from October 2015 to August 2016, and a Senior Consultant at Detecon International GmbH from March 2013 to August 2015. In the past, Cynthia was the Business Unit Supervisor at 优信互联（北京）信息技术有限公司 from January 2011 to January 2015. Academic qualifications include a postdoctoral fellowship in International Business/Trade/Commerce from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Renmin University of China, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southeast University.
