Seth Parent

Seth Parent is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and intellectual property, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Talking Rain Beverage Co® since May 2016. In this role, Seth manages the company's IP portfolio, collaborates with outside counsel, drafts and negotiates a variety of legal agreements, and conducts regulatory research related to the food and beverage industry. Additionally, Seth is actively involved as a Board Member for Global Visionaries, a youth-led organization focused on cultivating leadership skills in diverse communities. Past experiences include judicial externship at King County Superior Court, editorial work for the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, and roles in legal support and investigation in private law firms and public defender offices. Seth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law, alongside degrees from Seattle University School of Law and Western Washington University.
