Abegail Sabas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Mechanical Technology Trainee at Primark Tooling Industries. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Technical Support Professional II at Stream Global Services. Following that, they joined TeleTech Philippines as a Trainer from 2012 to 2015, where they trained employees, developed training curriculum, and created performance trackers. In 2015, they became a Learning and Management System Administrator & Trainer at TTi Global. Abegail then transitioned to Admirals Trading LLC in 2016, taking up the position of Inventory and Logistics Controller. In this role, they project-managed inventory stocks, managed carrier-performance metrics, conducted daily physical cycle counts, and collaborated with various departments to streamline processes. Abegail'smost recent position is at Talkpush, where they have held multiple roles since 2018. Abegail started as a Customer Success Executive, assisting recruiters and candidates in their messaging-based interactions. Abegail then became a Conversational Designer, designing conversational experiences. After that, they worked as an NLP Engineer, utilizing natural language processing techniques. Currently, they serve as the Head Of Technical Support and SCRUM Master, overseeing technical support operations while implementing SCRUM methodologies.

Abegail Sabas attended the Technological University of the Philippines from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering.
