Audrey Charneux

Audrey Charneux is a highly experienced Senior Product Designer currently with Talkspace since February 2024, previously serving as a Product Designer (Consulting) at Neochrome and as Product Design Lead at QuickMD. At QuickMD, Audrey created a complex healthcare ecosystem that improved care coordination for many patients and developed a design system that enhanced efficiency. Earlier roles include Product Designer at PWRDBY, where a care ecosystem was deployed for NHL Alumni, and various UX research and teaching positions that highlight expertise in user-centered design and psychology. Audrey holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Psychoéducation from Université de Montréal, along with certifications in UX Design and AI fundamentals.
