Ayla Colella

Ayla Colella, LMHC, serves as the Senior Director at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, leading project initiatives and overseeing high-impact training and technical assistance while managing a portfolio of projects and staff supervision. With extensive experience in behavioral health, Colella has held significant roles, including Project Director at the National Council, providing critical technical assistance to community organizations, and as a Primary Therapist for Talkspace, specializing in digital therapy for various mental health issues. Previous leadership positions include Program Director at Lantern Community Services and Lutheran Social Services of New York, where compliance and operational oversight were key responsibilities.
