John Reilly

John Reilly has served as Talkspace’s Corporate and then General Counsel since March 2011. Prior to Talkspace, Mr. Reilly was a partner of Hilltop Holdings from 2004-2011, where he managed hospitality and real estate investments for private portfolio investors and acted as a fractional general counsel to several start-up companies. Mr. Reilly previously served as President of Highland Development Corporation, a real estate development company, from 1999 to 2003 where he partnered to build and operate congregate care campuses. Mr. Reilly also previously held several roles at Kapson Senior Quarters Corp., a publicly traded assisted living company, including as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development from 1998 to 1999, Vice President of Development from 1997 to 1998 and Corporate Counsel from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Reilly started his career as a legal associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Washington DC. Mr. Reilly holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
