Penny Jackson

Penny Jackson has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the technology and data domains. Penny joined TalkTalk in 2019 as the Head of Delivery - Data & Automation, where they established a data maturity framework and implemented an agile DevOps model. Prior to that, they spent four years at Jaguar Land Rover as the Head of Data Technology and Services, where they developed a cloud-based analytics environment and integration platforms. Before that, Penny worked at AstraZeneca, where they led a team of BI and Information Architecture specialists and was responsible for a portfolio of BI deliveries. Penny also served as the Amazon Programme BI and MDM Programme IS Delivery Director at AstraZeneca for three years, overseeing a large team and managing the program's budget. Earlier in their career, Penny worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a Principal Consultant, where they led the architecture design and systems selection for a global clinical trials supply chain program.

Penny Jackson pursued their tertiary education from 1983 to 1986 at Lincoln College, University of Oxford, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education from 1980 to 1983 at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn. Their education began at Notre Dame Grammar School in Blackburn from 1975 to 1980.
