Tyson Williams

General Counsel & Partner at Tall Oak Midstream

Mr. Williams has over 20 years of energy industry experience in both the legal and finance fields. Prior to joining Tall Oak Midstream in 2014, he held various leadership positions with Enable Midstream Partners, initially serving as in-house counsel focused on commercial activities and business development initiatives, and later leading a team of finance professionals charged with the economic evaluation of all company commercial transactions.

Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and his law degree from the University of Arkansas. He is a member of both the Oklahoma and Arkansas State Bar Associations, and a member of the Mineral Lawyers Society of OKC. Mr. Williams supports local Oklahoma communities through his involvement in the United Way of Central Oklahoma, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, and serving on the Board of Positive Tomorrows, a private, tuition-free elementary school that meets the educational and social service needs of homeless children and their families in Oklahoma City. He and his wife, Bronda, have two children and live in Oklahoma City.
