Bob Dickerson

Bob Dickerson has extensive leadership experience in community and financial development. Serving as Executive Director of the Birmingham Business Resource Center since 1996, Dickerson oversees loan processing and technical assistance. As Chief Executive Officer of FoundationCapital since 2006, the focus remains on operational leadership in business administration. Dickerson also directs BUILDING ALABAMA REINVESTMENT and chairs the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, contributing to community reinvestment efforts. As President of Dickerson Management Consultants, established in 1993, management and consulting services are provided to various entities aimed at increasing credit and capital access. Involved with several advisory and board positions, Dickerson supports initiatives across multiple organizations, including PNC and Talladega College. Educational background includes a degree from Tuskegee University.
