Tracey Adams

Vice Chair at Talladega College

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Mrs. Tracey Morant Adams serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Officer of Community Development and Corporate Social Responsibility for Renasant Bank, where she is responsible for leading and directing the development of community programs and diversity initiatives throughout the company’s corporate footprint.

Mrs. Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Montevallo and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (1992) from Samford University. Additionally, she has extensive post-graduate work in quantitative analysis from Temple University and Economic Development Training from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, she is a Doctoral student at Alabama State University, pursing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy, Law and Research.

Mrs. Adams is involved in a number of professional organizations and serves on various civic boards and agencies. She is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Birmingham and a 2009 graduate of Momentum Leadership. Mrs. Adams is a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and has received numerous awards for her community and economic development influence.

Mrs. Adams, and her husband, Mr. Jeff Adams—reside in Shelby County, Alabama.
