Emer O Brien

Emer O'Brien is currently the Deputy ICT Applications Support Portfolio Manager at Tallaght University Hospital, where Emer oversees the team supporting 45 applications. Prior to this role, Emer worked at the Local Government Management Agency and Tusla - Child and Family Agency in various ICT and data management roles. Emer also has extensive experience at Zurich Insurance Company, Bank of Ireland, and other companies in technical and project management positions. Emer holds a post-graduate certificate in Cloud Solution Architecture and a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems among other relevant qualifications.
