Loic Adamczak has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and automotive industries. Loic started their career at Valeo in 1995 as an R&D Manager and later became the R&D Director, a position they held from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Porcher Industries as the Group R&D Director. After that, they worked at Plastic Omnium as the Innovation Director from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Loic serves as the Chief Technology Officer at TALLANO TECHNOLOGIE.

Loic Adamczak pursued their education in a chronological order. Loic began their academic journey in 1988 at ENSAIT: École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering. Loic then moved on to Polytech Lille in 1990, attending the institution for a year and earning a DEA in Organic and Macromolecular Chemistry. Loic Adamczak's educational pursuits continued at Mines Paris from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering.
