Kyle Manley has a diverse range of work experience in the energy industry. Kyle started their career in 2008 as a Marine Transportation Analyst at ExxonMobil, where they developed plans for efficient global hydrocarbon transportation. Kyle then transitioned to roles such as Global Supply Analyst, Project Engineer, and Business Development Advisor at ExxonMobil, where they focused on optimizing crude logistics and improving profitability.
In 2015, Kyle joined ExxonMobil Chemical Company as a Chemicals Sales professional, responsible for a portfolio of over $100 million in sales. Kyle achieved growth of over 10% through improved opportunity development, logistics optimization, and enhanced relationships with distributors.
Moving forward, Kyle served as an Infrastructure Lead at ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions starting in 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the commercial and technical development of CO2 and H2 pipe networks associated with Exxon Mobil Houston CCS hub.
Kyle then joined CGG as the Americas Business Development Manager for Carbon and Hydrogen Storage in 2022, before subsequently joining Tallgrass Energy as a Senior Director of Business Development in 2023.
Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated expertise in business development, commercial negotiations, strategic planning, and optimization.
Kyle Manley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2004. Kyle then went on to pursue further education at Washington University in St. Louis, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 2008. Additionally, they obtained an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School between 2006 and 2008.
