Rene-Karl Arm

Rene-Karl Arm has extensive experience in revenue management and sales roles in the hospitality industry. Rene-Karl most recently worked as the Head of Revenue Management at Tallink Grupp since November 2016. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Revenue Management at Tallink Hotels from November 2013 to October 2016. Rene-Karl also served as the Revenue Manager at Tallink Hotels from August to November 2013. Before joining Tallink, Rene-Karl worked as a Revenue Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia from June 2010 to July 2013. Rene-Karl also had experience at Reval Hotels, where they held the positions of Regional Revenue Manager from November 2006 to May 2010 and Corporate Sales Manager from September 2004 to November 2006. Rene-Karl began their career as a Front Desk Manager at Reval Park Hotel&Casino from October 2003 to September 2004. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a Trainee at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Estonia in 2004.

Rene-Karl Arm completed a BA in public management at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 2000-2004. Additionally, they participated in the Professional Development Program (PDP) at Cornell University.
