Ed Borromeo

Ed Borromeo is the current President at Tallwave. Prior to this, they were a Partner at B&C Utility Management from May 2014 to December 2017. Ed also founded Magna Motus Management, LLC in July 2013 and served as its Vice President of Operations from September 2010 to June 2013. Ed Borromeo's previous experience also includes being a General Manager at Global Water Resources from September 2006 to October 2010, and a Captain in the USAF from May 2001 to September 2006.

Ed Borromeo has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Ed also has an MBA in business from Webster University.
