Cliffton L is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Tally since May 2025. Previously, Cliffton held key roles in strategic governance at The Arbitrum Foundation, governance and SEA lead at dYdX Foundation, and various product management positions at Twilio Inc. Cliffton's expertise encompasses sales development leadership, project management, and corporate tax forecasting from earlier experiences at pymetrics, Adactive SAS, Manulife, Beyondsoft, and IRAS. Cliffton holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2017.
