Caroline Madoura has a diverse background in the fashion industry, with experience in graphic design and styling roles. caroline started their career as a Graphic Designer for Chevignon, focusing on children's clothing, from 2000 to 2003. caroline then worked as a Graphic Designer for Agora Distribution, specializing in women's and children's clothing, from 2003 to 2007. Caroline then joined DCM Jennyfer as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they worked from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they were the Head of Graphics at Nevatex, responsible for the graphic department of the men's clothing line in 2010 and 2011. Most recently, Caroline served as the Head of Graphics for TALLY WEiJL, overseeing the graphic designs of the collection across all departments, from 2011 to the present. In addition to their managerial role, they also worked as a Stylist and Graphic Designer for the women's jersey collection at TALLY WEiJL from 2011 to 2016. Caroline has a strong background in coordinating and developing collections, as well as creating graphics and integrating them into various clothing lines.

Caroline Madoura's education history begins in 1994 when they obtained a Bac Scientifique - Mathématiques degree from Lycée Léon Bourgeois, Epernay. In 1995, they pursued M.N.A. Prépa Arts Appliqués at ESAAT and completed it in 1996. From 1996 to 1998, Caroline studied at ESAAT and obtained a B.T.S. Art Textile et Impression degree. Lastly, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a DSAA - Diplôme supérieur d'Arts Appliqués, Concepteur Créateur Textile degree in Arts Appliqués at ESAAT.
