Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at Talogy since February 2006, Erik has played a crucial role in integrating 600 experts across 17 organizations to support over 10,000 global clients in identifying top talent through innovative technology and psychology. Prior to Talogy, Erik worked as a Lead Software Engineer, where full-stack development and management of web-based applications were key responsibilities.
