Esteban Tristan

Esteban Tristan, Ph.D., has a strong background in safety solutions, consulting, and research. Esteban currently serves as the Director of Corporate Safety Solutions at Talogy, where they focus on improving workplace safety. Prior to this role, they were the Safety Solutions Manager at Select International, where they worked with organizations to enhance safety culture and prevent injuries. Esteban also served as a Senior Consultant and Consulting Team Lead at Select International, where they led a team in implementing and managing employee selection and development projects for Fortune 1000 companies. Esteban has also gained international experience as a Senior Consultant at Russell Consulting International in Melbourne, Australia, where they played a key role in the set-up and launch of the company in the Asia Pacific region. Esteban started their career as a Project Consultant at Talogy and a Research Intern at The HR Chally Group, where they assisted in the development and validation of psychometric tools for sales and management selection.

Esteban Tristan, Ph.D. obtained their Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wright State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Esteban also holds additional certifications, including the Caliper Profile certification from Talogy, obtained in 2023, and the Senior Talent Management Professional (STMP) certification from the Talent Management Institute, obtained in March 2023.
