Mavis Kung

Mavis Kung has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the field of talent assessment and selection. Mavis has held various roles, starting in 2005 as a Research Consultant at Select International, where they conducted validation studies for Fortune 500 organizations and provided recommendations for system improvement. Mavis then became the Manager of Research & Development at Select International, overseeing the development and analysis of assessment data.

In 2018, Mavis joined PSI Services as a Managing Research Consultant, where they worked on managing research projects. Most recently, they held the position of Director of US R&D at Talogy, a company that specializes in talent assessment through the use of psychology and technology.

Prior to this, Mavis worked as a Consultant at the Center for Professional Service, where they developed selection instruments and conducted data analysis for employee surveys. Mavis also worked as an intern at the Florida Police Chiefs Association, conducting research on recruiting and retention issues for law enforcement.

Mavis Kung obtained their Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their B.S. in Psychology at the National Chengchi University from 1996 to 2000.
