Melinda Kennedy

Melinda Kennedy is a Principal Consultant in Development Solutions at Talogy, a company with 75 years of history that integrates the expertise of 600 professionals across 20 countries to assist over 10,000 organizations in identifying top talent through a blend of psychology and technology. Prior to Talogy, Melinda served as a Work/Life Specialist at United Health Group from 2002 to 2006, where consultative services were provided to address various employee and organizational needs, including the Employee Assistance Program and eldercare support. Melinda holds a BA in Psychology from Rosemont College, an MA in Psychology with a focus on Gerontology from Rhode Island College, and an additional MA in Psychology specializing in Industrial/Organizational from La Salle University.
