Katriona Harter has been working in the industry since 2012. Katriona began their career as a Host at TopGolf in 2012, where they were responsible for building rapport with customers and up-selling food, drinks and event packages. In 2013, they took on a role as a Voluntary Teaching Assistant at Coombe Road Primary School, where they were responsible for supervising children and managing their behavior. That same year, they also worked as a Waitress at Proud, where they built rapport with customers and helped create a fun and friendly atmosphere. In 2014, they became an International Planning Assistant Merchandiser at Mothercare. In 2016, they were promoted to Assistant Merchandiser at Debenhams and, in 2017, they were promoted again to Account Manager at Talon International, Inc.
