Eric Swanson

Eric Swanson is a seasoned hydrogeologist and geochemist with extensive experience in environmental operations and strategy within the mining industry. Currently serving as Principal Hydrogeologist and Geochemist at Talon Metals Corp since April 2023, Eric Swanson manages environmental permit support and project hydrogeology functions. Previous roles include Mining Hydrogeologist at Itasca Denver, Inc, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of mining hydrogeology and large field program project management. Eric Swanson also operated as an Independent Mining Hydrogeologist at AquaLithos Consulting LLC, and held senior positions at SRK Consulting, RMT, Brown and Caldwell, and Golder Associates, focusing on groundwater and geochemistry consulting. Eric Swanson earned an M.Sc. in Hydrogeology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Geochemistry from Michigan State University.
