Aishwarya Ramnathan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with the Hindi Literary Club at SASTRA, where they served as an Event Organizer until 2018. In 2017, they became the Student Coordinator for the ICT Association at SASTRA and concurrently served as the Team Head for the Techno-Management Cluster.

In 2018, Aishwarya joined Freshworks as an Intern before transitioning to the role of Product Specialist, where they worked until 2020. From April 2020 to June 2022, they held the position of Technical Account Manager at Freshworks.

In 2022, Aishwarya began working at Talon.One as a Technical Account Manager.

Aishwarya Ramnathan completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Oxford Senior Secondary School in Bangalore for middle and high school from 2005 to 2014. Aishwarya began their education at Holy Child Auxilium in New Delhi, where they completed their nursery and primary schooling from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Aishwarya has obtained several certifications. These include "Building Rapport with Customers," "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers," "Customer Service Foundations (2020)," "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers," "Serving Customers Using Social Media," and "Customer Service: Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting" from LinkedIn, all achieved in March 2023. Aishwarya also obtained the "Zendesk Customer Service Professional Certificate" from Zendesk in March 2023. Additionally, Aishwarya obtained certifications in "PostgreSQL" and "PostgreSQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn in January 2023.
