Erik Cantu

Erik Cantu has a diverse background in various roles within the technology industry. Erik is currently working as a Solutions Consultant at Prime Consulting Group (PCG) since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Solutions Consultant at Zoho from January 2022 to November 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Erik worked at Smartsheet, first as a Technical Support Specialist from December 2018 to June 2021, and then as a Solutions Implementation Manager II until January 2022.

Before joining Smartsheet, they worked at Daktronics as a Bilingual Technical Support Engineer from October 2014 to August 2018, and also briefly as a Field Service Engineer in January 2016.
