Ross French

Ross French has had a diverse work experience, spanning various roles in customer success, management consulting, and product management. Ross most recently worked at Talon.One as the Global Director of Customer Success, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Success at Solutran from June 2020 to June 2023. Ross also worked at CloseSimple as an Advisor/Fractional Integrator from February 2022 to October 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Client Success at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software from February 2019 to June 2020. Ross has also held roles as a Senior Product Manager at Field Nation, a Senior Account Executive at DISYS, and in management consulting at Turnberry Solutions.
