As sales manager, Jennifer is responsible for ensuring that Talon’s client facing account executive team is interfacing regularly with their key client accounts, delivering best-in-class customer service at all times and working to consistently grow and develop new business partnerships. She is focused on training, mentoring and developing the account executive team to ensure that they are partnering with Talon’s clients by understanding their cultural needs and educating them and advising them on the current technology market conditions.
Jennifer is a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager with over 7seven years of experience in the staffing industry. After three years with Talon as an account executive, Jennifer was promoted to sales manager, now responsible for not only developing new business and working with her existing clients, but also leading her own team. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her teammates and clients and does this successfully through her ability to build trust by getting to know them both on a personal and professional level. She joined Talon after spending four years working both as a recruiter and account executive with Adecco Staffing.
Jennifer is one of the quickest Talon team members to gain induction into the Talon Stars program after just two years of working with the company. She has been a key contributor in assisting Talon to win the Inavero’s Best of Staffing – Client Satisfaction award and is a true promoter of Talon’s C4 culture.
Jennifer graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in family and child studies from Montclair State University.
