Tracey Schilp

Director of Training & Development at TalonPro Solutions

With over 10 years of experience in the corporate housing industry, Tracey started out as a guest reservation manager with Castleton, a leading regional provider. Several years later, Castleton developed their own proprietary software application and Tracey assisted with development, design and testing. Once completed, her responsibilities also included deployment, field training and issue management/resolution.

After working for Castleton Tracey moved on to manage a small family owned business where she was responsible for day-to-day operations, process development and all aspects of accounting.

Tracey has been a key employee in the design and development of TalonPro 360. Her unique skill set allows her to grasp the big picture and still zero in on details at every level. She is also responsible for training and deployment. Her deep understanding of the application and wide range of experiences are enhanced by her methodical process and patience as a trainer.

Tracey has Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lindenwood College. She is an active member of several children's educational organizations.
