Andrew Theodosiou, CFA, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Andrew most recently worked as a Sales Director - EMEA at Talos, where they were responsible for overseeing the institutional-grade technology infrastructure supporting the full lifecycle of digital assets trading. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of VP - Institutional Rates Sales at Banco Santander from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Banco Santander, they worked at NatWest Markets Plc for almost a decade, also as VP - Institutional Rates Sales. Andrew has a strong background in sales and has demonstrated expertise in institutional rates.
