Anette Vaini-Antila

Anette Vaini-Antila currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Sarastia Oy since May 2019, during which time also held the role of interim CEO from February to September 2023. Vaini-Antila is a board member at Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry, contributing to strategic planning in the labor market's transitional phase, and chairs the boards of Onvire Oy and Tempore, both companies focused on healthcare staffing solutions. Additionally, Vaini-Antila is a board member of Taloushallintoliitto and the chairperson of its election committee, and chairs the board at Suomen Kuntaperintä. Previous board experiences include memberships at Finnvera Oyj and Ekonomia Oy, as well as a deputy chair position at Suomen Ekonomit.
