Sirkku Keski-Hallila has extensive work experience in various roles related to market research, consumer insights, and business development. Sirkku started their career in 1986 at Aurinkomatkat Oy - Suntours, where they held multiple positions such as Vice Destination Manager, Hotel Reservation Official, Tour Guide, and Production Specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for managing tour destinations in Thailand and Greece and participated in new product launches. In 1995, they worked at Orbit Travel Services as a New Business Concept Developer. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Market Researcher at Thermo Electron and as a Freelance Research Assistant at Indata Oy. Sirkku then joined Taloustutkimus Oy in 1999 and held the position of Senior Insight Manager/Research Manager. In this role, they utilized their analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset to turn data into consumer insights and actionable strategies for clients, including entering new target markets, launching new products, and brand design.
Sirkku Keski-Hallila pursued their earliest education in International Business and Marketing, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu in 1997. Sirkku then went on to study International Business at DePaul University in 1997. In 2001, Sirkku expanded their knowledge by studying History of Art at the University of Helsinki and continued until 2003. Later on, they attended Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 2006 to 2008, where they specialized in IDBMpro (International Design Management for professionals).
