Dr. Jakob Müller has a diverse work experience in various roles. Dr. Jakob started their career in 2012 as a Doktorand at Universität Bielefeld, focusing on bioprocess development, modelling, genetic engineering, bioanalysis, and downstream processing. Dr. Jakob completed their thesis during their time there.
In 2017, Dr. Müller worked at Ohly GmbH as a Process Engineer for eight months.
Dr. Jakob then transitioned to a role as a Software Developer (Data Science) for an undisclosed company from September 2017 to February 2020.
In 2020, they joined Qlaym GmbH as a Data Scientist, where they were responsible for data acquisition, decoding/parsing, exploration, analysis, visualization, statistical modeling, ML/classification, Natural Language Processing, and software/microservice development. Unfortunately, the contract was cancelled due to the company's insolvency.
Dr. Müller is currently employed as a Data Scientist at talpasolutions GmbH, starting in October 2020.
Dr. Jakob Müller pursued their education at Bielefeld University from 2006 to 2012. During this period, they successfully completed a Bachelor and Master of Science (B.Sc.+M.Sc.) degree in Molecular Biotechnology.
