Jake Sebastian-Jones

Jake Sebastian-Jones is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at TalTap, Jake previously held the position of Director of Engineering at GoCardless, where achievements included managing the acquisition of Nordigen and establishing a new engineering center in Riga. As CTO at Nordigen, Jake led the expansion of open banking services across Europe, contributing to the acquisition by GoCardless. Jake's early career includes roles at Optiver Asia Pacific, Dolby Laboratories, and IBM, where expertise in software development and engineering low-latency systems was cultivated. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Curtin University and has additional qualifications in security operations.
