David Crocker

David Crocker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David began their career as a Store Manager at Earmark Car Audio in 1997, where they excelled in driving sales and achieving sales goals. David then took on Internet Sales and Floor Sales roles at Central Volkswagen from 2001 to 2003. After that, they joined Beck Automotive Group as a Sales Trainer and Internet Manager at Lewisville Volkswagen, where they successfully implemented a training process that led to significant improvement in sales performance. David was later transferred to Park Cities Volkswagen as a Sales Manager and Trainer, where they revamped the sales process and achieved recognition as one of the top performing dealerships in Texas.

In 2007, Crocker joined Chase Paymentech as a Sales Trainer in the Learning & Development department, where they designed and implemented sales training for various business groups. David also provided ongoing training and support for new hires. David continued in this role until 2015 when they transitioned to Chase Commerce Solutions as a Business Management professional, specializing in Channel Partner Relations. In this role, they developed and maintained training materials and sessions for client-facing team members and played a key role in driving growth in the markets they supported.

After their tenure at Chase Commerce Solutions, Crocker joined Earmark Car Audio again in 2018 as a Sales Manager and Consultant to the President. David implemented a comprehensive system to improve sales techniques and accountability, and created new company forms to drive sales growth and transparency.

In 2019, Crocker joined Bank of America Merchant Services as an AVP Direct Outbound Sales professional, and later that year, they transitioned to Talus Pay as a Corporate Manager and Sales Training Specialist.
