Ronald Wong has a diverse work experience in various marketing and brand management roles. Ronald is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Tam Jai International Co. Limited. Before that, Ronald was the Associate Director, Group Brand and Marketing at AIA, where they played a key role in driving brand marketing and customer engagement. Ronald has also worked as the Partnership Marketing Director at ICLP and as the Loyalty Marketing and Payment Manager at Shell. Ronald's early career includes roles as the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager at ICLP and as the Marketing & Sales Manager in China at Dragonair.

Under the leadership of TJI's professional management team, the two brands have experienced even more rapid growth, transforming the dining landscape and introducing a new “Mixian”(rice noodle) food culture in Hong Kong.
