William Ballew has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. William currently holds the position of Regional Maintenance Director at TAM Residential since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RaceTrac as a Regional Service Manager from October 2019 to April 2022, and as an Advanced Service Technician from April 2019 to October 2019. William also served as the Director Of Maintenance at Portico PM from September 2018 to March 2019. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at KBM as a Regional Maintenance Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Lincoln Property Company as a Maintenance Supervisor from August 2007 to March 2012, and as a Maintenance Technician from August 2007 to August 2008. Additionally, William owned and operated their own small business, BALLEW CONTRACTING INCORPORATED, from March 2004 to August 2011. William began their career in the military, serving as a 19D Recon Scout in the US Army from February 1999 to March 2004.

William Ballew attended Farmersville High School from 1997 to 2001, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an HVAC Master Specialist certification from Main Stream Engineering in 2011 and a Certified Pool Operator Certificate from Swimming Pool Operators in 2008.
