Neal Shaw

Neal Shaw is an experienced commercial manager currently leading environmental and recycling activities for Plasback NZ as Commercial Manager since July 2021. Previously, Neal served as National Operations Manager for Mycoplasma bovis at AsureQuality from October 2018 to December 2020, focusing on maintaining operational capabilities. As GM Sales at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited, Neal drove national sales through a large team, fostering enduring customer relationships. Neal's extensive background includes roles as Group CEO, Chief Executive, General Manager Operations, and Retail General Manager at Ruralco NZ Limited, where strategic business development and operational management were key responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes technical sales at Nufarm and various positions at Pyne Gould Guinness Ltd starting from an office junior. Neal holds a Bachelor of Applied Management from Otago Polytechnic and has attended management programs at Melbourne Business School and IMNZ.
