Thilak Srinivas

Thilak Srinivas has a diverse range of work experience. Thilak has worked as a Product Management Intern at FrontRow in 2021. In 2020, they worked at 180 Degrees Consulting NIT Trichy, where they held roles as a Senior Consultant & Branding Manager and a Management Consultant. At 180 Degrees Consulting, they were involved in providing growth solutions to startups and NGOs and spreading consulting culture among the student community. Thilak also worked for a startup, ideating and implementing their marketing strategy.

In 2021, Thilak worked as a Team Lead at AppX (YC S21) and as a Project Manager at Tamasha.live. Thilak was responsible for leading a team and managing projects in both positions.

Thilak also gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2021. During their internship, they assisted in managing social media handles, creating content, and running paid advertisements.

Additionally, Thilak worked as a Research Intern with Dr. V Kumar at the Indian School of Business in 2020. Thilak was involved in tasks such as dictionary development, survey designing, and using regression analysis.

Thilak has also held positions as a Strategy Consultant at ConnectMeUp in 2020, where they conducted competitor benchmarking and created go-to-market strategies, and as a Growth Consultant at Management Masters in 2020, where they executed a go-to-market strategy and optimized brand awareness.

Furthermore, Thilak has been an active organizer at Festember NIT Trichy, the largest cultural fest across South India, since 2020. Thilak has also held roles as a Marketing Manager and Organizer for the Civil Engineering Association at NIT Trichy from 2019 onwards.

Thilak Srinivas began their education in 2016 at S.M.B. Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Thilak completed their Grade 10 education there in 2017. In 2018, they pursued their Grade 12 education at the same school.

After completing their secondary education, Thilak Srinivas enrolled at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in 2019 to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Civil Engineering. Thilak is expected to complete their degree in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Thilak Srinivas obtained a certification in Strategic Management from the Copenhagen Business School in December 2020.
