Ishay Lavon

Ishay Lavon has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ishay is currently the VP of Quality and Engineering at Tambour, with previous roles including VP of Quality and Engineering - Paint Division and VP of Operation - Paint Division at the same company. Prior to Tambour, they worked as a Project Manager at Quinzhee. Ishay also served as the Manager of Unilever snack factories at Unilever Israel - Food & HPC. Before that, Ishay was the Beigel-Beigel plant manager at Beigel Beigel, where they were responsible for overseeing the overall management of the factory and implementing strategic plans. Ishay began their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Israel Edible Products and worked as a Tour Guide at rimon tours. Additionally, they have experience in sales and operations management in the medical equipment and tourism sectors.

Ishay Lavon has a Diploma in Senior Business Management from Lahav Executive Education, obtained in 1998. Ishay also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, in 1986 and 1987, they pursued studies in Tour management, group leading, and Guidance at Yaad, Ministery of tourism.
