Lherman T.

Lherman T. has had a long and varied career in the field of Information Technology. Lherman began their career in 1998 at Xerox Corporation, where they held several positions including IT Director, Senior Project Manager, Senior IT Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager. In 2015, they joined M&T Bank as a Senior IT Project Manager. In 2016, they moved to Webcom Inc. as Information Technology Infrastructure Manager - Customer Support. In 2017, they were Onsite Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Marsh McLennan. Currently, they are Director of Technical Operations at Tambourine: technology and creativity for hotels and resorts. Throughout their career, Lherman T. has managed high-profile projects, supervised and mentored teams, and driven cost savings.

Lherman T. obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Roberts Wesleyan University between 2008 and 2010. Lherman also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University between 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology for Product Development between 2002 and 2003. Lherman also completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua and an Associate Bachelor in Computer Sciences from Isaac Newton. Lherman also attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School for a Negotiations Program and a Strategic Program. Lherman also holds a Lean SixSigma Green Belt certification.
