Shannon DeFries

Shannon DeFries has been in the industry since 2006. Shannon began their career as the Marketing Director for Skyrise Development Group/Skyrise Capital, where they were responsible for overseeing all marketing and collateral production activities for commercial and residential pipeline projects, as well as assisting with fundraising activities and promotions for the private equity fund. In 2007, they Co-Founded eYachtCharter.com LLC, a comprehensive directory of luxury sail and motor yachts for charter to exotic destinations worldwide. In 2009, they founded Crystal Clear Public Relations. From 2010 to present, they have held various roles at Tambourine: technology and creativity for hotels and resorts, including Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Sales Engineer, Director of Digital Strategy & Optimization, Director of Search & Analytics, and Media Director for ROI Obsessed Advertising Agency, where they are responsible for placing media budget and providing tangible ROI metrics for each campaign dollar placed. Shannon has also held the role of Account Executive.

Shannon DeFries began their education in 2000, when they graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School with a Diploma. From 2003 to 2005, they attended St. Francis College, studying Political Science and Art History. Shannon then attended Florida Atlantic University from 2005 to 2008, studying Integrated Marketing. Shannon DeFries also holds a Google Adwords Certification.
