Ahmed Osama Badawy has extensive experience in management and marketing, currently serving as General Manager at Tamdeen Mall Management since October 2017, where previous roles included Senior Specialty Leasing Manager and Specialty Leasing Manager. Prior to this, Ahmed worked at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) as Brand Marketing Manager from December 2015 to September 2017, and at ABYAT as Senior Marketing Specialist from October 2014 to November 2015. Ahmed began a career in marketing research at IPSOS Marketing Research, holding the position of Senior Marketing Research Analyst - Qualitative from September 2010 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 2009 and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing completed in 2016.

Tamdeen Mall Management, formerly known as GLA Property Management, manages 1.45 million sq.ft of retail real estate for the Tamdeen Shopping Centers in Kuwait. An additional 5 million sq.ft of retail real estate is in the development pipeline across mixed-use, community centre, neighborhood centre and outlet centre formats. TMM currently manages 6 assets – 360 Kuwait, Al Kout, Sama Sulaibhikat, Sama Salmiya, Sama Jahra and Sama Khaitan. In a short period of time the company has set up professional management systems, deployed the right people and met owners’ expectations.
