Hessah S. Al-Wazzan has extensive experience in investment, client relations, and real estate analysis. Currently serving as a Board Member at TAMEER and Capital Holding Company (K.S.C.C), Hessah also holds the position of Vice President - Investments & Client Relations at Kout Capital, where involvement dates back to March 2013. Previous roles include Partner at The International Advisory Company and Real Estate Analyst at Al Mudon Intl. Real Estate Co. and St Martins Property, alongside a trainee position at Kuwait Investment Authority. Hessah possesses a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The American University of Kuwait.
