Rami Elayan

Rami Elayan is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and strategic planning. Rami currently serves as General Manager at TAMGO - The Machinery Group LLC. since May 2021 and is also the Founder of SANAM Management Advisory since February 2019. Previously, Rami held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bakhsh Group of Companies from January 2016 to January 2019, and worked as a Consultant on the BACS Riyadh Metro Project in 2015. Additional roles include Director of Special Projects and New Ventures at The Industrial Group, Strategic Planning Manager at Al-Ghurair Investment, Business Development Manager at BESIX, Manager at PRTM Management Consultants, and Senior Associate at Taylor DeJongh. Rami’s career began at Bechtel Power Corporation, where skills in project controls and management were honed. Rami earned an MBA in Finance from the American University - Kogod School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University.
