In 1989, they founded Glenco Development Systems, a software publishing and manufacturing company, which was later sold to Standard Manifold.

In 1994, Landuyt founded RF IDeas, where they served as the Founder, President, and CEO until 2016. RF IDeas specializes in designing and manufacturing key card readers for various applications, including healthcare.
